Appearance Summary:  The rather outspoken male with brown dreadlocks and pimp suit.  Gets his butt kicked in Issue 6 during the breakout. Artist Comment: This is Neil, the letterer on the CoH comic’s character.  He was fun to draw as the a$$hole of the jury.  I had to go back and add his beard after I’d finished issue #6.  I couldn’t see that he had one in the reference I had.
